Understanding how your driver stats impact your experience is an important part of making the most of your time on the road.
Deliveries determine your stats
Your three driver stats are made up of your offer commitment rate, on-time arrival at merchant rate, and schedule commitment rate. New delivery partners receive a level once you complete 20 deliveries and have an active history in all stat categories.
Better stats = higher driver level
Your driver level is updated every Monday based on your activity over the last 14 days. As you improve your stats, you’ll reach higher levels, unlocking new and exciting opportunities.
Get to know the Grubhub driver levels
Your level is determined by three delivery stats:
- Offer commitment rate is calculated based on how many offers you accept and follow through on, as well as how many offers you unassign after accepting.
- On-time arrival at merchant rate is calculated based on how promptly you arrive at a restaurant or store to pick up an order.
- Schedule commitment rate is calculated based on how many blocks you complete and how many you remove from the schedule you’ve created.
Your stats are updated in real time. See a breakdown of your activity on the Account tab of the Driver app.
Partner
After beginning your journey as an “Entry” driver, you’ll move up to at least Partner status once you hit 20 deliveries, with access to schedule blocks for the next week on Fridays.

Where can I see my driver level?
Tap Account and View my stats in the Driver app to see your program level and real-time stats. New levels are assigned every Monday.
How do I claim milestone rewards?
To redeem your well-deserved gift, we’ll send you an email with a unique promo code that you can claim by heading to the Milestones Rewards section of the Driver Shop. During checkout, simply use the email address linked to your Grubhub for Drivers account to claim your gift.
How do I claim partner rewards?
Most rewards can be claimed by clicking the links directly from this page and signing up on the associated partner pages using the same email as your Grubhub for Drivers account. Specifically for the TurboTax reward, you will need to visit the Driver app, tap Account, and scroll down to the Driver rewards section to claim the offer in-app.
